Where can I shop Shop Good in person?

Our clean beauty + wellness boutiques, Shop Good, and Shop Good Spa are located in the San Diego neighborhoods of North Park and Del Mar. Our addresses are:

Where does Shop Good ship if I purchase from your online store?

We currently ship within the 50 states. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will experience longer delivery times.

Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately at this time we do not have the bandwidth to ship internationally. Please check back with us in the future as we are continually improving and growing.

Shipping rates

We offer a simple $7 flat rate for all purchases when shipped within the 50 US states. We offer free shipping in the domestic US on orders over $99, always.

When will my order ship?

We process your order within 2-5 business days and USPS will take it from there. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships to let you know it’s on the way.

I’m having trouble tracking my order!

At times, USPS takes 1-2 business days to register your tracking number and shipment status. If you’re still having issues, reach out to us at and we’ll get it sorted out!

What if my shipping info was entered incorrectly?

Simply send us an email as soon as possible at and we will get that updated for you.


Your products are awesome! How can I learn more about each? 

You can find a detailed description of each Shop Good product on their individual product pages including recommended usage, ingredients and pairing recommendations! If you are located in the San Diego area, we suggest coming on in and speaking with one of our product experts or Holistic Estheticians.

I have questions relating to my health and product usage.

We are out to provide you with the cleanest products and those that work in harmony with your health and body.  Still have questions about ingredients, skin allergies or other health related concerns? It’s so important to us that you have these answers. Email us directly at and we’ll advise!

Will my natural products expire?

Our brands and their makers make it a priority to ensure absolute freshness and longest lasting shelf life. But please keep in mind that when you are purchasing truly natural products, its contents are just like food!  If it smells funny or the color looks off, please discard.  We will happily replace anything that looks as though it has turned and was bought within a three month period at no additional charge.

Do you provide samples?

We’re happy to offer samples of select products, both in-stores and online! Our made-to-order samples are a great way to smell, feel, and really fall in love with a product before committing to the full size. Depending on the product, one sample can yield anywhere from 1-3 uses. Look for our ‘try a sample’ feature on select products online, for $1 each. Please limit to 1 sample per product and 6 samples total. Please note, samples are not valid for refunds or exchanges.


At Shop Good, we believe in bio-individuality! That’s why it’s ok if a product doesn’t work for your specific bio-individual make-up or skin type. Due to the delicate nature of organic products, opened or unopened regular-priced products can be processed within 30 days of original purchase for exchange or store credit only. Exchanges over 30 days will not be accepted out of fairness for all of our customers and respect for our all-natural ingredients!

If you’d like to return or exchange an item bought online, please follow the steps below.

How do I return an online purchase/order? 

To initiate a return, please:

  1. Contact us at and let us know which items you are returning and then, we will email you a return label.
  2. Stick the return label on the package (use the original Shop Good package if possible).
  3. Drop off the return at your local USPS office.

How long will it take to process a return?

Store credit will be issued via email and store account as soon as the returned product is received and processed. Any credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your card statement.

I received the wrong product!

We’re sorry about that!  Please contact us at and we will make sure you get what you ordered asap!


When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credits including Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Discover cards.

What should I do if my payment is declined or my order won’t process?

We recommend checking a few things if your payment didn’t go through:

  • Check that your card’s billing details (zip code, security code, etc.) match what you’ve entered into the order form.
  • Is your card expired?
  • Your card issuer may have declined your payment. Check with your credit card company before trying your card again.

Is tax applied to my order?

Customers in California may be subjected to applicable sales taxes.


Need to update or cancel an order?

Send us an email at as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order.

Can I combine promo codes at checkout?

We only accept one promo code per order placed.  If over time you’ve received two Shop Good promo codes, simply choose the one you would prefer to use.  For sitewide sales or promotions, a promo code may not be required and can be used with an additional promo code.
